Combining it with CBD enhances this effect,” Smith told The Hindu. “CBD Yoga induces relaxation and helps reduce blood pressure, reduce anxiety, thus promoting the overall health and wellness of a person.”

“Usage of CBD helps to delay the destruction of the endocannabinoid cells that makes the endocannabinoid system in the human body,” Dr. Sayed Tahir Hassan also told The Hindu. “This system is responsible for maintaining different body functions like appetite, reward function, and sleep. It also helps to reduce anxiety and gives us a relaxed feel.”

Only Use The Right Amount

With the rise of CBD Yoga, specific gyms have opened up. With many CBD Yoga classes being held across the country, certain actions were needed. Only CBD with under .03 percent of THC can be used before each session. This amount of THC isn’t enough to get people the high they wanted, though. Instructors must follow these guidelines to not get in trouble with the law. Any amount of THC over 0.3 percent is illegal to possess.

Like regular yoga, CBD Yoga comes with a bevy of health benefits. One major benefit involves chronic pain and inflammation. Separately, yoga and CBD can reduce these two ailments on their own.
