Due to state regulations, we do not ship to customers residing in the following states: South Dakota, Idaho, & Iowa.

All orders received Monday-Friday before 2PM PST, are shipped the same day. Orders after 2PM PST, will ship the following days, except Friday. All orders received after 2PM PST on a Friday and any orders on Saturday-Sunday, will ship on the following Monday or next business day.

We ship all of our products USPS Priority Mail which is standard air service and your order usually arrives within 2-3 business days. The Postal Service does not guarantee if it fails to arrive by the scheduled delivery date. Please click here to view the delivery map. Transit times vary depends on how far the package must be delivered from its origin. Please note, Best Life Products, Inc. cannot guarantee these shipping times. All “shipping dates” refer to “business days” (Monday-Friday), which does not include weekends (Saturday-Sunday) and Holidays.

What time should I expect my delivery?
Delivery times vary based on how far the package must be delivered from its origin and can be anytime between 7:00AM – 9:00PM local time.

I entered the wrong shipping address – Can I change it?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible, so you must make any changes to your order prior to clicking “Complete Order”. From this point on, you will not be able to make any changes to your order. If you entered the wrong shipping address at the time you submit your order, you will be responsible for contacting the residence of the address you had initially entered (as they will be receiving your order).

I entered an address that does not exist – What will happen to my order?
USPS sent the package to their Mail Recovery Center, so you can submit a search request in the Missing Mail application. Best Life Products, Inc. is not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided any incorrect details for their order. Best Life Products, Inc. reserves the right to not issue a refund for products that a customer never received, as a result of the incorrect details provided.

I placed an order and it hasn’t arrived.
If you have not received your products within five (5) business days, please contact us for assistance at our Luvive Customer Support Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm PT or send us and email at service@luviveproducts.com.

My order should be delivered by now, but I haven’t received anything.
Before contacting us, we recommend that you first look all over your property as USPS may have you’re your package in a safe location, away from the view of the public. Also, please check with your family members and neighbors to see if they have seen your package. If you live in an apartment complex, your package may have been delivered to either: a) Parcel Locker (you should have been given a key by the USPS for this Parcel Locker), or b) Your Leasing Office or Manager’s Office. If none of the above help you to locate your package, please contact us at our Luvive Customer Support Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm PT or send us an email at service@luviveproducts.com.
