Cannabinol, or CBN, is one of the many cannabinoids found in cannabis. Although generally non-intoxicating, CBN has been shown to have a mild sedative effect when taken orally, making it an excellent addition to our PM Sleep Oil.

Adults should start with just one serving of our PM Sleep Oil before bedtime. Each serving contains 16 mg of CBN and 5 mg of melatonin. If you do not feel the effects of one serving, try two the next night. 

Unless directed by a medical provider, we generally don’t recommend taking more than two servings per night.

CBD and CBN and known to have minimal to zero side effects at normal doses. However, everyone reacts differently to these compounds, and you mustn’t exceed the recommended dose to avoid any undesirable effects.
